She walked away from her hard-earned industrial engineering degree in search for a career she loved. Starting as an $8 an hour customer service rep she worked her way up in the demanding environment of AOL. She survived over six layoffs as she was promoted to trainer, training manager, call center manager and then head of corporate training for 12,000 employees. When, suddenly, she bumped her head against the glass ceiling (ouch!), she left AOL to build her career another way.

She then earned her Masters in Organizational Development. She became co-owner of a leading organizational development company, HumanR (www.humanr.com). And she started her own company, Bodacious! Ventures (www.gobodacious.com), to share what she's learned and to inspire women to be all they can be! All this, by the time she was 36 years old!
