She draws on her exceptional career at America On Line for most of her material. As a newly graduated college student, Mary started work at AOL as an $8 an hour customer service rep. Ten years later, she became the first head of Corporate Training at the company. However, her upwardly mobile career ended when she hit the glass ceiling. She retired from AOL at age 33 to become an author, keynote and seminar speaker.
